Golf Tournament
Official UNLV PT Golf Tournament Website
Each year the graduating physical therapy class organizes a golf tournament. The goal is to raise money for a charity selected by the class as well as to raise money for the class' graduation events.
The UNLV Physical Therapy Class of 2010 will be holding the 9th Annual Physical Therapy Golf Tournament at Silverstone Golf Club on May 30, 2009 @ 1:00 p.m. Each year the tournament has grown and we are looking forward to a full field of players.
All of the proceeds from the tournament will go to the UNLV Department of Physical Therapy in order to buy classroom and research equipment to enrich the learning experiences of future physical therapy students.
You have the opportunity to contribute to the success of this tournament in three ways:
- Purchase of sponsorships
- Donating raffle items
- Playing in the tournament
- Early Registration: April 27, 2009
- $100 per individual
- $375 per foursome
- Regular Registration: May 15, 2009
- $125.00 per individual
- $400.00 per foursome

Orientation Picnic
Each year in May, the faculty, alumni, and current students get together for an evening picnic. It's a great time for everyone to have fun and meet the new students!

Alumni Dinner
The Class of 2008 began the tradition of hosting an Alumni Dinner to raise money for the Pittsburgh/Marquette Challenge. The money is donated to the Foundation for Physical Therapy which supports research in physical therapy.
